My name is Daddy (BIG Daddy actually) and I am a 1 year old Rotty mix who was surrendered by my owners to our local pound with my "sister" a Great Pyr (who was already adopted). An owner surrendered dog has a one way ticket to the needle and I was lucky enough to be pulled out in time.

Because I am such a big guy (around 100 pounds now and still growing) nobody was interested in me and I ran out of time so the rescue brought me here to find my new home.

I am very sweet...walk well on leash...like the other dogs...seem to be fine with older kids (10+)...and like to give kisses and get belly rubs.

Please don't let my breed fool you...I am the sweetest Rotty you could ever meet. I love to lay in laps (don't tell my foster mom but I think I'm still a little puppy instead of the big guy I really am)and give kisses. I promise to be your bestest friend if you will take me home with you!
