This 50-pound sweetheart is a Catahoula mix with a heart as big as her name. Chevy came to us after being surrendered with a mass on her upper chest, which has since been removed—she’s healed up beautifully and is ready for a fresh start!

Chevy is crate trained, rides like a dream in the car, and knows how to sit like a pro for treats. She’s also got a soft spot for lap time—even though she’s not exactly lap-sized, don’t tell her that!

When it comes to other dogs, Chevy is selective and prefers to choose her own friends. She does fine with cats, though, and would love a home that understands her need for a thoughtful intro to any furry roommates.
