Say hello to Cricket!  Cricket and her mother were sent to the rescue from our favorite shelter.  They were taken in by animal control after their humans were sent to live at an assisted living.  Cricket is somewhere between 8 and 10.  She has pulmonary hypertension and chronic lung and heart valve disease.  But don't tell her that.

 She loves to run and play with her mother and get into all sorts of mischeif!  She rides well in the car.  She loves to be picked up and cuddled but she will let you know when she is ready to be on the floor again.  She walks well on a leash.  At night she loves to be on the bed and will cuddle next to you.  She does very well at the groomer and requires periodic grooming to maintain her beautiful looks! 

She does need every 6 month follow ups with a cardiologist for her heart issues and she takes three different medications twice daily  She recently had a dental and is up to date with all of her shots.  The cardiologist isn't sure how much time Cricket has before her heart issues catch up to her but she is living her best life and would love to have a person of her own to focus her energy and love!
